Jennifer Lutzke started her career in Real Estate in 1998. After a year of college, and trying to find her niche in life, she joined Century 21 Affiliated, as a licensed assistant. In 2000, she became the full-time REO Manager, as well as a licensed agent. After 18 years in the Corporate office, in the Business Development Department, she took the leap and became a full time agent, in 2016. In 2019, she moved brokerage companies and is now a full time agent with Realty Executives Capital City.
Jennifer offers both Buyer & Seller Agency Representation and specializes in Residential and Multi-family dwellings. Her established relationships, and local experience, combined with Realty Executives’ worldwide resources, provide a unique advantage to her clients.
Jennifer was born and raised in Madison. She currently resides in Evansville, WI with her husband. Her two adult children also call Wisconsin their home. Jennifer is passionate about her family, and of course, real estate and her clients and customers.
